Workshops for the new semester

Think Google is the only research tool you need? Think again.

Whether you're an undergrad writing your first college paper, a Ph.D. student in the last throes of your dissertation or a faculty member working on your next publication, new library workshops for the spring semester can help.

Workshops at Mann, Olin, Uris and other libraries include opportunities to build research skills, and they're tailored to people at every level of expertise. Johnson School Management Library, for example, offers workshops designed around business research subject areas, while one Olin-Uris workshop introduces new users to general research skills. In addition to research-based sessions, workshops offer training in programming, Web design and software. All are free to members of the Cornell community.
